It's Memorial Day, a holiday when we recognize those who have given their lives in sacrifice for our country.
As the war in Iraq draws on, it's a holiday that gives me even more pause than usual. I continue to struggle with the young lives that are being lost or changed forever because of this war....this war that I just don't understand.
And probably because of what I do with my life, there's a story out there I feel compelled to share with anyone crazy enough to read what I'm writing.
