Finally we have it- a scientific explanation for why I love my bike so much, and how I wrote my Master's thesis while running on the Boulder Creek Path (don't worry- it took more than one run!)

I admit that I'm a little sad to see that they consider weightlifting "mindless" because I do love my muscles. But I figure the aerobic work that I'm getting is even more important now that I know it's helping my brain and my heart. And I know that it helps keep me sane.
