Help me stitch these broken cuts where I still bleed

1. Waking up to the Cutest Boy Cat in the World on the pillow next to mine. Sometimes I'm all but certain he's actually an angel in a kitty suit.
2. Getting emails and pictures from patient "graduates". It's particularly wonderful when those things happen on one of the tougher days.
3. Apologizing to a patient's family for an unexpected outcome- and having them hug me. And thank me in spite of it. Grace can be astonishing.
4. Finding an absolutely adorable note in my box from someone just wanting to do an act of kindness for me. It's one of many reminders of how much genuine love the people I work with have. They are amazing.
   
5. Having ALL of the abstracts I'm mentoring accepted for the Big Burn Meeting in March. The magic continues.....
