Wildlife sightings for Friday, 8 May on the Frary Peak trail included:
Multiple lizards
Several chukars (noisy little devils)
1 coyote- wish I had carried my tele lens!
1 mule deer
Lots of bison from a distance.
Photos are in the slideshow. It's a great hike, about 2000 feet of elevation gain over 3.5 miles, though the trail definitely gets sketchy after the radio tower that is just after 3 miles. Lots of class 3 scrambling to get to the Frary Peak summit and a few sections of poorly maintained trail that are fairly exposed. That said, the view from the top was absolutely worth it!
