Trust, Gratitude, Inspiration Friday....one day late.
1. Who/what are you trusting today? I am trusting the still, small voice that keeps saying "peace". I'm in the healing business and sometimes healing simply isn't to be had. That's been very true this week, and it is in these times that I have to let go of healing as our goal and reach for peace.
2. Who/what are you grateful for today? I am grateful for the people who surround me every single day in my work and personal lives (there's some major cross-over at times between the two, and for good reason). I have seen compassion and kindness extended to patients and families that's almost unimaginable over the last few days, and I'm honored to have been part of it.
3. Who/ what is inspiring you today? I am inspired by the rosebushes by my front door that have burst into bloom this week. First roses of the year = joy! I'll try to get some pictures up within a day or two.
