I'm not entirely certain how it got to be the end of the week again already, though I'm told that it is. I've spent much of the week wrestling with a variety of demons, mentally walking through some old empty rooms and seeing if there is anything left in them for me.
Today I am trusting that I have all of the strength I need to get a few things worked through.
Today I am grateful for beautiful bluebird days in the mountains. Those days with a friend are even more spectacular, and yesterday was a wonderful lesson/ reminder in that.
Today I am inspired by the writings of Pema Chodron. The statement that has helped me the most this week? "We are always standing in the middle of a sacred space." Always. And because of that concept, I have faith that everything that comes into that space is there to teach us what we need to know.
