Friday arrives again, this time with me less Iditarod obsessed than last week (but still watching until the Red Lantern comes in, I project Sunday afternoon), and with Spring having shown up and melted all of the snowbank in the driveway. The obvious down-side to Spring in this house is the clumps of Kita-fur that are EVERYWHERE and the fact that she yelps like I'm trying to kill her when I use the Furminator on her.
Since it's Friday, I suppose we have some business to tend to...
Today I am trusting that things will work out just as they are supposed to. I'm not being cryptic with this statement, I promise; this simply applies to so many areas of life right now, and I promise to share as appropriate when and if things unfold.
Today I am grateful for connection and friends and love and grace. These are all amazing things, and I am richly blessed in these realms.
Today I am inspired by the beginning of the end of an interesting few years. Our 4th year medical students "matched" today to their residency slots. This class is the first group of graduates of our new curriculum, something I've been involved with from inception, and I could not be more proud of where they are going and what they are doing. I also could not be more honored to have been part of that process. On to "bootcamp" in April, then graduation in May. Time flies...
